Pre-Employment Drug Testing

By definition pre-employment testing is the offering of employment only after a negative drug test result, thus, decreasing the risk of hiring someone who is currently using or abusing drugs.  

BIS can offer the following services related to pre-employment tests:

      DOT (Department of Transportation)

     NON-DOT

     5 and 9 Panel testing

    Collection site coordination

 

Random Drug Testing

BIS manages random testing through an in-house computerized random selection management program.  This guarantees random selection without bias.

Random drug testing is accomplished by selecting a group of employees at random and at unanticipated times. This type of testing is used to discourage use and abuse by making testing unpredictable.

Employee Physicals

In addition, BIS offers pre-employment physicals to include the following:

   Independent Medical Exams

    General employment exams

     DOT exams

   Company protocol exam

    Functional capacity exam
